We ship to all European countries and the United States of America.
Shipping is free for all orders, and customs duties are fully covered by Firera Atelier.
You only pay for your selected item — there are no additional fees or hidden costs.

Preparation and Delivery Process
Each piece is carefully handcrafted in our atelier.
After the production process is completed, your order is dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• European countries: approximately 2 business days
• United States: approximately 2–3 business days
All shipments are delivered directly to your door.
We do not offer in-person pickup or delivery to collection points.
Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Return and Exchange Policy
At Firera Atelier, all products are created for personal use and prepared under strict hygienic conditions.
Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Even if the product has not been used, it cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
This policy applies to all of our products.

Undelivered Shipments
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing information, or the recipient being unavailable,
the package will be returned to Firera Atelier by DHL.
In such cases:
• You will be contacted once the item has been returned to us.
• If you request reshipment, all new shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
