Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Address changes may not be possible once the package has left the shipping facility.
The package is handed over to DHL Express, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
If a delay occurs, the package may be undergoing customs clearance or transit processing.

Returns
Firera Atelier pieces are handcrafted using natural stones and are made to order, individually for each customer.
For this reason, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After review, we will assist you with a return, exchange, or re-production if applicable.

- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
As all items are custom-made, exchanges are not available.
However, in cases of shipping-related damage, we will provide an appropriate solution.
