Welcome to Firera Atelier. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.fireraatelier.com and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Firera Atelier is a Turkey-based jewelry brand offering handcrafted and personalized jewelry pieces. All products are produced and shipped from our own workshop in Turkey. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you are entering into a sales contract with a business located in Turkey, and that Turkish law applies to your transaction.

All prices on our website are displayed in USD or EUR, depending on your location. Payments are securely processed through PayTR using major credit and debit cards. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Firera Atelier reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the product.

All orders are shipped directly from Turkey via DHL Express. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, generally within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. All prices include applicable taxes and customs duties unless otherwise stated.

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in cases where a product arrives damaged or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at support@fireraatelier.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will review and assist you accordingly.

We make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate. However, as our products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Firera Atelier and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Firera Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey, particularly the Distance Sales Regulation and relevant consumer protection laws.
